Singapore Trip

1st Day

We went to Singapore at night by bus. We reached Yong Peng at 2am. When we reached the kastam, it is 4am. The tour guide says the best thing to do at 4am is making 'chocolate cake'. We have our breakfast at the old airport. Then, we went to Sentosa Island. At there, we went to Resort World Casino, Underwater World and much more. Then, we went to Orcard Road and go to the night cruise. I took a beautiful picture of the merlion. At last, we check in at the hotel. The hotel is at Geylang (Fragrance Hotel Crystal).

2nd Day

We have our breakfast at the old airport again. Then, we went to the Marina Bay Sands shopping mall. We went to the casino too. We went to Bugis Street, also called 'sze ma lu' in chinese. Then, we went back. In the bus, we played some IQ games. Then, we play guessing the tour guide's age and birth month. We reached Yong Peng at 6pm and have our dinner there. We reached home at 11pm.

Penang Trip

 1st day
We (I mean my family and I) started our journey at 8a.m. and reach there at 3p.m. Then, we visit my 三姑婆and五姑婆at there. The五姑婆's house is very old. For dinner, we ate 'kuey chap'(粿什), not bad except for those pig intestines.
And do you know, I have more than 20 姑姑! Amazing, right?

2nd day                                                                                           For breakfast, we ate 'kuey chap' again. Then, we visit somebody called Monya. They called her like that because she look like a 'ang mo' and she is a nyonya (I think so). Her house is so funny, the behind looks like infront. After that, we went Pulau Pinang. The bridge was beautiful! Then, we spent 2-3 hours to find a hotel. Finally, we found Yeng Keng Hotel. It is very nice, have good facilities, just like Jane's Hotel (a game).

And do you know, there is a 50 year old person who is same generation as me, and a 15 year old boy is one generation younger than me. And one more thing, a 85 year old person is same generation as my parents!

3rd day

After breakfast, we went to Pinang Peranakan Mansion. TV programs such as 小娘惹and情牵南洋are filmed there. Then we went to Kek Lok Si and walked up the pagoda. Then, we went back to the mainland by ferry. I feel dizzy when I am on the ferry. We reached home between 1-2a.m.

SJKCTR 2010:Childrens Day and Graduation Day

 Childrens Day

 Months before I graduate, there is a Childrens Day (of course!). On that day, I've took many pictures and recorded some things. Now, I decided to share.

On that day, we have many performances. The one I liked most is "Nobody", performed by our classmate, Lynette. Do you know that she actually asked one of us to help her in her performance, by pretending as a reporter, and take pictures of her. Thats where I get so many pictures of her.

Later at the tea time, our teacher bought us a branded chocolate cake. It was yummy. Then, my friends cut some papers into small pieces and put it into a balloon. And they blow the balloon. I think thats called a pinata.

Graduation Day

First, there's speech, of course. Then, here comes the performances (A) from the school choir team, dancing team and solo by Lynette. Then, the headmaster gave prizes for those who excel in studies and others. And here comes the performances (B) by students from each class. After the last perfomance by Lynette, we can go home.

This performance is quite 'hot' because it is performed by some famous student in school.

But the sound system of the camera is quite lousy.
